BOOKING AGREEMENT & TERMS

We’re so glad to host you at Gather Creative Studio. To ensure a smooth, respectful, and stress-free experience for all photographers and clients, please carefully review the following policies before booking.

By booking and using the studio, you agree to all terms listed below.

1. Use of Studio

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use one shared studio space during your approved booking time or membership access window.

This Agreement does not create a tenancy or lease. Gather Creative Studio retains full control of the property at all times.

2. Booking Holder Responsibility

The individual who books the studio (“Booking Holder”) is fully responsible for:

  • The studio space

  • All guests and clients

  • Compliance with all policies

  • Any damage, fees, or violations during the booking

This responsibility applies whether or not the Booking Holder is physically present.

3. Booking Time & Overtime

  • Your reserved time includes setup, shooting, and cleanup

  • Early entry or late exit is not permitted without approval

If you need more time, text us before your booking ends. Extensions are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • All bookings are final sale

  • No refunds for illness, weather, emergencies, no-shows, or scheduling conflicts

Rescheduling:
Standard bookings may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice using the confirmation email link.

Late reschedule requests are handled case-by-case and are not guaranteed.

5. Studio Care & Cleanliness

You must leave the studio in the condition it was found.

Upon entry, you are required to:

  • Do a quick visual check for existing damage

  • Photograph and report any issues immediately

Failure to report damage at the start of your session may result in liability for any issues discovered afterward.

6. Special Materials Use

Glitter, confetti, cake, frosting, faux snow, and similar materials are allowed only with the required add-on.

  • Cleanup time is included for cleaning only

  • All residue must be fully removed

  • Additional cleaning fees apply if materials remain

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Fires, open flames, or candles

  • Pets of any kind

  • Nails, pins, screws, or permanent fasteners in walls

If you need to adhere items:

  • Use Command hooks, removable putty, or gentle painter’s tape only

  • Any wall damage is the responsibility of the Booking Holder and subject to repair fees

7. Unauthorized Removal & Theft

Studio property may not be removed.

Unauthorized removal results in:

  • Full replacement cost

  • Up to $150 inconvenience fee

  • Potential legal action if not returned promptly

8. Policy Violations

Repeated violations, misuse of booking privileges, no-shows, or disrespect of the space may result in:

  • Booking restrictions

  • Membership suspension

  • Immediate termination without refund

9. Liability & Legal Terms

Assumption of Risk
You assume all risk of injury, damage, or loss related to studio use.

Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless Gather Creative Studio from all claims resulting from your use of the space or conduct of your guests.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the full agreement and supersedes all prior communications.
